Guest alupaer Report post Posted February 19, 2010 We have three machines running WinXP pro SP3. All machines are identical hardware. One machine was upgraded to WAPT 6.0. We noticed problems when ramping up users; WAPT 6.0 stops pushing load and stops reporting results, when the load reaches between 1000-1500 virtural users. Our other machines running WAPT 5.0 ramp up to loads of 5000 users without issues. Suspecting that the upgrade from WAPT 5.0 to 6.0 might have issues, we rebuilt the machine with a fresh install of WinXP pro SP3 and a fresh install of WAPT 6.0. The same issue with pushing load and reporting was found. below are some specs for the machines running WAPT Dell OptiPlex 745 CPU Intel® dual core 6700 2.66 GHz 3 GB RAM Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller

Guest Quinch Report post Posted April 17, 2010 Yes, I have encountered the very same issue. Once it get over 1200 VU's it stops responding, makes it difficult to load test. Is there a time frame for a resolution to this issue?

sergei 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2016 It is maybe too many VUs for one Load Agent. Try to use more Load Agents or use x64 Load Engine.
