Guest CNJ Report post Posted August 16, 2010 I'm very glad that I found you can utilize the PID/proxy port to record Java Applets. However I've found that it's very difficult to get it to work properly. I find that if there's a current proxy setting in IE when I start WAPT Pro it will never work. It's almost like it's trying to use that setting internally as you record and I get network errors both in the IE that's trying to use WAPT as the proxy and within WAPTs recorder window. The other downside is once I'm done recording I have to set IE to not use a proxy, close it, start the recording session, start IE and enter the info again. I realize the port changes but without turning the proxy setting off and then beginning the session you just get network errors. Thanks!
