Guest Shep Report post Posted March 4, 2011 We are having a problem with the performance of a number of pages which download thumbnail images to Internet Explorer. In order to try out various potential fixes, we are using WAPT to capture the performance of the screens under load. The issue is that the numbers we are getting from WAPT are significantly less than the real user experience, probably due to the fact that IE will only download a maximum of 2 images at a time from the server. Is there any way in WAPT to simulate this (i.e. I want many concurrent users but for the resource loading of each user to be 2 at a time like in IE). Thanks in advance, Andy
sergei 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 WAPT uses only one connection per user to download content from server, therefore it should show more time then IE. Check WAPT logs for errors. I think WAPT do not download all content.
