Parametarization of the values inside the variable

Hi,

 

I am new to tool and facing the followig problem,

 

1. I have recorded the scripts and have parameters for the URL(see snapshot 1).

2. For the trans variable i need to parameterize the value of the tran is below:

now i need to paramterize the value in bold. like loadtesting 2 etc...

 

can you please let me know how to do it.
