Firefox support? What browser does WAPT use to record?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm currently evaluating WAPT.

The current application that I'm attempting to load test works in Firefox, not IE. So in WAPT, I created a new profile and set my user-agent to a selection under *Firefox*. I don't this this is working correclty because when I go to record I get script errors, which only occur when the application is ran in IE.

- What's the workaround for this?

-Also, in the user-agent, how would I establish which selection to use for Firefox?

If some requests cannot be recorded in IE, you will need to add them manually. However, script errors do not matter and you can just ignore it.

During execution of a test WAPT does not use IE. YOu need to select Firefox in the UserAgent drop-down box. For instance, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10
