Ok, so you only need to send to us the file with Crash report.

 

Also, the following information would be especially helpful in fixing the problem:

 

1. Please specify what steps or actions had been taken by you before the crash occurred.

2. At what step the crash occurred?

3. Is the crash reproduced every time or sometimes?

4. It would be helpful if you could try to reproduce the crash on another machine, if possible, and let us know about the results.
