How to dynamically handle Combo Box

I am testing an application and want to dynamically handle Combo Boxes in test scenario....I have tried Dynamic Parameter, Ordered List but unable to get desired results, what i want is that during execution of scenario, the values from combo box is also changed dynamically....Plz help me in this regard.

Could you please describe the problem in more details (what steps you take, at what step the problem occurs, what parameter is used, etc.)?
