How to trigger debugger breakpoint using WAPT

My web site is running in Visual Studio 2010 and has some breakpoints set. When accessing the web site from IE, the breakpoints are triggered.

However, the breakpoints are not triggered either when I record a profile or I run a profile using WAPT Pro 2.5. I would like the breakpoints to be triggered when running a profile.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do?
