How to increase number of request per second

Hi,

 

I've received new requirement to increase number of requests per second. let's say 800 request per second for 10 minutes.

I tried to test following test scenario WAPT always returned 4 requests per second. I don't know why?

Initial users 20 end users 170 users with step 3 for every 30 seconds. Total runtime is 30 minutes.

 

I tried to create this scenario for WAPT but I have no idea how to do. Is there a way to utilize the tool for this scenario?

To increase number of requests you can increase number of simultaneous users and decrease user think time between requests.

But you should remember that you cannot increase number of request greater than server can serve.
