Find replace does not replace

I am new WAPT tool. So kindly bear with me if I am asking very trivial questions.

I was trying to parametrize my scripts and wanted to replace all the strings

Atlanta+GA+USGA0028:1:US in url. with a variable $var(locStCon) but when i search using find and replace I dont see all the occurrences of the strings to replace.

 

Please let me know if anyone had run into this issue and what is the work around

 

Second question is:

The places where i replaced the string also I am getting page not found error, when I run in verify mode. But When I used the app in the browser i don't see any issue. So I think there is something I am not doing it right.
