Does Page Response time, sec (with page elements) include think time

If I add think time for a profile the reported Response time, sec (with page elements) suddenly goes up massively, it looks like its adding the think to time to the first to last byte count.

 

Does Page Response time, sec (with page elements) include think time?

 

How can I use this measure if I have a requirement for pages to be less than 5 seconds and want to include think time of 20-30 seconds?

 

Any help much appreciated

WAPT doesn't include user think time into response time statistics.
