correlation repons time / hits per second

I have "response time" on my test server 30% more than on my prodaction server, but values of the metrics "hits per second" and "pages per second" are equal on both servers ( 25pages/sec 115 hits/sec).

How can it be? I think that test server have had less prdoctivity than prodaction?

I think it is because you have user think time delays in your profile.
