Local Bandwidth

I am looking at tools like WAPT Pro to load test of my web site, which is hosted by an external ISP. The limiting factor in terms of how much I can test the web site seems to be the bandwidth of the machines I've got locally available for testing. All of these are going through one connection to the internet.

 

Is it there any way I can buy/rent some time/bandwidth on agents (with different connections to the internet) so I can test my web site and not be limited by the bandwidth of my internal network, or would it be possible to set up something to share our agents so I can use other people's agents for load testing and in return they could use my agents when they are quiet.
